Sir Paul Dukes was a MI6 espionage officer who worked under cover in Bolshevik
Russia. He infiltrated several Bolshevik organisations including CHEKA, and helped
hundreds of Russians escape to Finland, even from Bolshevik prisons.
In 1922, 2 years after returning to Britain, he published Red Dusk and the
