02/04/2004:
Grade gets top job
By Leslie Bunder
Former Channel 4 boss Michael Grade has become the new chairman of the BBC.
Michael Grade
Grade, 61, is a former senior executive at the BBC who was chosen from a shortlist of people to replace Gavyn Davies, who along with BBC director general Greg Dyke, resigned in the wake of the Hutton Report.
Among those who Grade beat to the post were David Dimbleby and former Panorama presenter Lord Watson. One of his first tasks will be to appoint a new director general."This is quite a day for me. Apart from my obvious pride and delight, I also feel my experience has prepared me to step into the role at a difficult moment in the Corporation's history," Grade said.
Grade, is a keen supporter of Yiddish culture and acts as vice president of the JMI International Forum for Yiddish Culture.
He started his working life as a journalist with the Mirror newspaper in the early 1960s. He became a theatrical agent in the mid 1960s for his family firm Grade organisation run by uncles Lew Grade and Bernard Delfont and then made the leap into television in the 1970s where he rapidly rose to top positions.
He was deputy controller of entertainment programmes at LWT and then joined the BBC in mid 80s where he become controller of BBC1.
In 1988, he became chief executive of Channel 4 where he stayed until 1997 before becoming a director of numerous businesses and projects including Pinewood and Shepperton film studios and Camelot.

*** Zionist infiltration of BBC
The Zionist Jew and new BBC chairman Michael Grade has been given the outspoken mission of:
"Lead hunt for new director general"
"Restore trust in BBC after Hutton report"
"Restore BBC's global reputation"
"Promote vibrant programming"
"Clarify BBC regulation"
"Negotiate BBC Charter"
"Establish vision for BBC future"Mr. Tony Blair, threatened by his Iraq scandal, and his Zionist backers and paymasters, have waged a campaign to restore their total control of BBC after the fuss about the David Kelly affair.
BBC News writes on its homepage, 2 April, 2004:
"Former BBC One and Channel 4 boss Michael Grade has been confirmed as the new BBC chairman. The former BBC executive, 61, takes on a role vacated by Gavyn Davies, who resigned in the wake of criticism in the Hutton Report in January.
[...]
Congratulating his successor, Mr Davies said: "The prime minister has had the good sense, as I knew he would, to appoint a strong, independent and popular person to this vital job."Far from wilting at a time of crisis, the BBC is ready to attain new heights under Michael's leadership.""
But the "strong, independent and popular person" Mr. Grade, a favourite of the shabbos-goy prime minister Tony Blair, is an ardent Zionist and well established in the Jewish-Zionist media network in Great Britain.
As we have noted in the work on Jewish media-power in Great Britain:
The most powerful man at the "British" Broadcasting Corporation is Alan Yentob, Director of BBC programmes. According to Broadcast magazine (14.6.96) this "gives him control over all non-news BBC programmes including those for satellite channels and those in English for the World Service." Yentob is a close personal friend of the immensely powerful independent TV bosses Michael Grade and Michael Green. The three have shared holidays in the Caribbean and, together with Charles Saatchi, are referred to by coy insiders as the "St. John's Wood Mafia". The Saatchi and Yentob families have been closely connected since before they moved to Britain from Iraq.
The Evening Standard reporter, Mark Honigsbaum, penned a remarkably indiscreet article for the paper's "London Life" feature on 21st January, 1992. Headlined "The TV Clique", its sub-heading told readers that:
"David was at school with Michael who plays snooker with Charles who knows Alan who is a friend of Michael. Together these five men form a powerful group who have a massive influence on what you will be watching on television today."The five referred to are, of course, the Jews David Elstein, Michael Grade, Charles Saatchi, Alan Yentob and Michael Green, where Grade and Yentob are active in BBC.
And the Jewess Jenny Abramsky is seen as the director of BBC Radio and Music. Abramsky is also the former editor of The World at One and Today, and controller not only of Radio Five Live, but also of 24-hour UK news, BBC World.
So one can see what kind of "objectivity" that will be wielded by the new rulers of the so-called "British" Broadcasting Corporation.
Changing the name to ZBC - i.e. to Zionist Broadcasting Corporation - perhaps would be more appropriate?
